A loan of $1,100 helped to buy a new motorbike.

Sith's story

Sith B. is 31-year-old man who operates a motorcycle taxi to earn a profit. He also sells ice cream in and around his community of Ang Snoul. Sith B. earns a daily income of around $4.33 to use for the family’s needs. His wife is employed as a garment factory worker, where she earns a monthly salary. The couple is blessed with two school-aged children.

Presently, Sith B.’s income is low because his motorcycle is too small to carry many passengers. He has decided to ask for a loan of $1,100 to buy a new motorbike (tuk tuk) which can pick up more passengers than before.
