She is a hard-working woman, who seeks to help her husband in all of their family's expenses. Her 13 years of experience gave her the customers' trust and the will to buy even though if they don't need something at the present moment. She gives them the motive to earn her products, her customer service is spoken about by most of her clients.

In addition to that, her good quality products are affordable to all of her customers and ordinary citizens. Hanan is requesting a loan from Al Majmoua for the seventh time, in order to buy new summer collections. She is insisting on improving her family's situation through opening another branch in the future.
