Justo Desiderio
Justo, 42, is an inspiring man in his work. He started out very young working as a baker’s assistant learning to knead dough for bread, roscas (typical cookies) and gradually started to work from home with his first oven over 20 years ago.

He works from very early baking the rosquitas that he prepared the night before. A difficulty he faces at work is that he doesn’t own any mixers and he has to do the mixing by hand and this is very hard work.

He is married and his wife works as a domestic employee from 9am to 4pm. She helps him on weekends. He has two children who still go to school.

He wants to use the loan to buy another, larger oven and baking supplies for the rosquitas in order to increase income. In the future he’d like to have a business with a better location and he’d like to buy mixers in order to knead the dough more easily.
