Rene's story

Rene F. is from the village of Brgy. Barat, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya. He is 48 years old. Rene is married and has four school-age children. He has been operating his rice-farming business for almost 25 years now. His earnings of 20,000 Philippine pesos (PHP) per harvest are being utilized for the school expenses of his children and for his family's daily needs.

Rene joined ASKI to gain access to financial services to help improve his living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Rene is requesting a new loan of 15,000 PHP, which will be used to purchase fertilizers such as manure. He plans to use the additional revenue generated from his business to financially support members of his immediate family.
