The committee, "Las chicas superpoderosas" (superpowerful girls) is from the area of San Ignacio. It arose as a result of the promotions made in the neighborhood. It is made up of 15 women. All of them promise to do their jobs and to make their payments with responsibility in the event that they get access to the loan they have requested and to achieve the greatest level of the program.

Maria Bernardina R. is dedicated to selling "chipas" (typical Paraguayan dough made from a base of cheese and starch). She formed the group with the purpose of expanding her work. At the same time, she now will undertake the sale of not only chipa, but also empanadas and Paraguayan soups (corn-based) so she can improve her income and the education of her children.

All of the members of the committee hope to be able to count on the help of Kiva since they are hopeful that, one day, they will overcome the poverty in which they find themselves.

El comité "Las chicas superpoderosas" es de la zona de San Ignacio, surgió a través de promociones realizadas en el barrio, está integrado por 15 señoras.
Todas ellas se comprometen a cumplir con responsabilidad con sus actividades y con el pago de sus cuotas en caso de acceder al crédito que solicitan y así llegar hasta el nivel máximo del programa.
La señora Maria Bernardina R. se dedica a la venta de chipas (Masa típica de Paraguay hecha a base de queso y almidón), integró el grupo con el propósito de aumentar su actividad, así mismo ella ahora emprenderá la venta, además de la chipa, de empanadas y sopas paraguayas (sólido a base de maíz), para que pueda mejorar sus ingresos y la educación de sus hijos.
Todas las integrantes del comité esperan poder contar con la ayuda de Kiva, pues están esperanzadas en que algún día superarán la pobreza en que se encuentran.
