San Blas Group's story

The Committee of Women of the name San Blás was formed on April 23 2009, thanks to Tomasa O. who had already participated in the program in another group. She decided to form her own group and contacted the consultant to do so. Currently, it is made up of 16 women that are working in their fourth cycle in a unified manner in the program. It is an excellent group thanks to the work performed and they continue working to this day.

Tomasa is dedicated to making women's and men's clothing. She has performed this job for a long time, since she was an adolescent. She realized that it is a good way to generate income if you can complete the work with good quality. Thanks to her good treatment and the prestige of her work, the number of customers has increased and today she is requesting a loan to be able to buy more materials so that she can fill the orders from people so they stay satisfied.

In this group: Tomasa, Juana, Mercedes, Marina, Ramona, Gladys, Liz Alicia, Asuncion, Herminia, Maria Graciela, Maida, Raquel, Romina, Cinthia, Visitacion, Clementina, Epifania
