San Blas Group

The Committee of Women of the name San Blás was formed on April 23 2009, thanks to Tomasa O. who had already participated in the program in another group. She decided to form her own group and contacted the consultant to do so. Currently, it is made up of 16 women that are working in their fourth cycle in a unified manner in the program. It is an excellent group thanks to the work performed and they continue working to this day.

Tomasa is dedicated to making women's and men's clothing. She has performed this job for a long time, since she was an adolescent. She realized that it is a good way to generate income if you can complete the work with good quality. Thanks to her good treatment and the prestige of her work, the number of customers has increased and today she is requesting a loan to be able to buy more materials so that she can fill the orders from people so they stay satisfied.

El Comité de Mujeres de nombre San Blás, se conformó en fecha 23 de abril del 2009, gracias a que la Sra. Tomasa O., quien ya había participado del programa en otro grupo anteriormente, decidió conformar su propio grupo y contactó con la asesora para su conformación.
Actualmente está conformado por 16 mujeres que se encuentran trabajando ya en el 4to. Ciclo, en forma conjunta y solidaria dentro del programa. Es un excelente grupo gracias al trabajo solidario realizado y continuan trabajando hasta estos días.
La sra. Tomasa se dedica a la confección de prendas de vestir para damas y caballeros, ella posee este oficio desde hace mucho tiempo, desde que era una adolescente, se percató de que es una buena manera de generar ingresos si se realizan los trabajos con buena calidad.
Gracias a su buen trato y al buen prestigio de sus prendas ha ido aumentando la cantidad de clientes y hoy día solicita el crédito para poder comprar más materiales de modo que pueda abastecer los pedidos de las personas y que queden satisfechas.

In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
