A loan of $975 helped a member to purchase fabric and materials.

Sabinahon's Group's story

Sabinahon A. is the leader of this group. She is 54 and, unfortunately, she is a widow. She has a daughter of 20 years old, who is a babysitter, and a son of 22 years old, who works in construction. When Sabinahon was young, her mom taught her how to sew clothes and blankets. Sabinahon now takes orders and sews Kyrgyz national clothing and blankets. With money gained from her business, she built a kiosk near her house and sells convenience goods there. Sabinahon hopes to obtain this loan, which she will use to purchase fabric and materials for sewing and convenience goods for her kiosk. In the future, she wants to see her daughter get married.
