A loan of $575 helped to buy energizing products and soft drinks.

Veronica Cecilia's story

Verónica Cecilia P. is a very well-known woman in the San José neighborhood in Barranquilla. That is where she has a gymnasium where she sells energy products. These products regulate the body after recreational sporting activities at the gym. These products rehydrate and replenish carbohydrates and electrolytes.

Verónica started doing exercises with family members in the living room of her house. Neighbors started joining them, and gradually friends of the assistants and people who were referred did as well. Now they are her most favorite customers. That is why Verónica has gradually been adding products in a small display case that she purchased so that her customers can be better served.

She needs to always be well-stocked because her customers consume these products in great quantities. As her number of customers has increased, she quickly runs out of water, Gatorade, coffee, and orange juice, etc.

This is the first loan that she has applied for with the Fundación Mario Santo Domingo. She will use it to buy water, Gatorade, oranges, and energizing products on installments and in greater volume.
