Luz Angela's story

Luz Ángela C. D. F. is a widowed woman and the mother of 3 children age 25 to 30 years. She is dedicated to the sale of merchandise by means of specialized product guides, an activity that she started in the year 2007, when her son lent her money to do it. She began selling cosmetics that she bought from magazines and also where she found discounts. This is her second loan from the Mario Santo Domingo Foundation, with which she will buy footwear and women's clothes, taking advantage of the fact that mothers day approaches and ensuring that she has merchandise in stock, so that the families can purchase their respective gifts. Her dream is to have a workshop where she can design and make her own clothing, but her greatest challenge is to improve the physical conditions of her dwelling for this purpose. In the meantime Luz Ángela continues to endeavor every day to manage to enlarge her income, working with an average profit margin of no less than 15%, with a projection of increasing it.
