Leny's story

Leny G. is 34 years old and married with a school-aged child. She is from the village of Brgy. Roxas, Solano,Nueva Vizcaya. To make a living, Leny owns and operates a business raising crops. Her main source of income comes primarily from planting and harvesting rice for sale. Leny has been engaged in her business for over three years and earns approximately 12,000 PHP a month.

Leny joined ASKI in 2011 to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. She is requesting her first loan of 35,000 PHP from ASKI to purchase fertilizer such as manure. Leny plans to use the additional revenue generated with her loan to improve the general living conditions of her family.
