Josephine's story

Josephine, from the village of Dullan, Aloran, is 53 years old, married, and has three grown children. To make a living, Josephine runs a business venture selling dried fish in the local community. Engaged in her business for 20 years, she earns approximately 6000 PHP a month.

Josephine joined PMPC to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Having repaid a previous loan of 3000 PHP from PMPC, she is requesting her sixth loan of 50000 PHP with which to purchase dried fish to sell. Josephine plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve/expand her enterprise.
