Rinconcitos De Mujeres Group's story
Evangelista is part of the "Rinconcitos de Mujeres" [Women's Corners] credit group, and she currently manages a small grocery store from a shop located in her house. This allows her to sustain her family, which is made up of three members. She previously did domestic work, but she decided to start this business with the aim to manage her time in a more flexible way. Now she can not only take care of her children but also generate income in an independent way. This decision has allowed her to combine family life with the desire to have a stable source of income.
Her dream is to grow her business until it reaches financial stability that would allow her to cover the household expenses and assure her family of a prosperous future. She is committed to the growth of her store, constantly looking for ways to improve her services and products. Through her efforts, she hopes that the business will provide for her the financial security that she longs for.
With the current loan, she plans to invest in dairy products, sausages, rice, oil, noodles, and beef in order to restock her business.
Other members of the group make a living selling clothing, shoes, makeup, and food, and have a grocery store, a hair salon, and other businesses.
