Rosa América's story

Rosa América C. B. is 47 years old and she lives in her own house with two children who are in school. Like a hardworking and courageous woman, Doña Rosa has managed to establish a store where she sells basic products. The store is located in her house in the municipality of San Juan Opico in the department of La Libertad. Rosa works full time in the store to be able to attend to her customers when the need one of her products like: candy, sweet bread, sugar, macaroni, oil, toys drinks, and cleaning products, among others. She depends very much on her business and has many aspirations for the sales that she makes. This is why she has decided to request a loan, to invest in her store and to be able to buy a greater variety of products and to innovate within her business with products like: cereal, oil, paper, milk, coffee and candy and other products that allow her to improve the service she provides. Because like all entreprenuerial women she knows that she has to keep up with the demands of the market. With this she hopes to obtain the necessary resources to live in better conditions with her family.
