En la ciudad de Managua, El Sr. Carlos José J. Reyes, se dedica arduamente a laborar como agente de seguridad dedicándose a esta labor desde hace cinco años, es casado y con un hijo al que tiene que proporcionarles las condiciones necesarias para que se desarrolle. Una de las necesidades que el Sr. Carlos atraviesa hoy en día es que debe mejorar las condiciones de su vivienda debido a que ha estado en malas condiciones por lo que a tomado la sabia decisión de iniciar la obra de mejora. Es por ese motivo que acude a ceprodel para solicitar un crédito para la compra de materiales de construcción como: zinc, perlines y pintura, Para realizar la mejora de la vivienda realizando el cambio de techo en su casa de habitación y pintarla. Por medio de esta obra brindara mejores condiciones de vida a su hijo. Es importante destacar que por medio de la realización de esta obra, le proporcionara a su familia un techo digno donde vivir y con todas las condiciones necesarias para el desarrollo de sus hijos.
