Consuelo del Carmen López is married. She has two children in school and another one attending the university, so she is responsible for helping them with their studies. For the past fifteen years, she has been managing her own business at the Israel Market in Managua. Since starting her business, Doña Consuelo has been known as a determined and efficient person. From the beginning, she has been able to maintain both her business and her family as a result of her multiple efforts.

One of her urgent needs is to remodel her business and purchase the following items: paint, toilets, and construction materials to improve her public bathroom facilities. For this reason, she approached CEPRODEL so that she could benefit from a loan to improve her establishment and provide better services to her customers. By satisfying demand, she will be able to generate income to maintain her household and continue providing her children with an education. Consuelo has received eighteen loans from CEPRODEL. All of them were used for her business.
