A loan of $3,325 helped a member to purchase missing items for her cafe.

Waefeso Group's story

Neema K., who is in her mid-thirties, is married with two children. She has been running a cafe for two years. She works from 7.00am to 6.00pm daily and is able to make a small monthly profit.

This will be Neema's 1st loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. She hopes for a loan to purchase missing food items for her cafe. Her dream is to one day own a good restaurant.

Neema will share this loan with her loan group "Waefeso" which has a total of 15 members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable in paying back their loans.
