Orgil's story

Orgil, 33, is married and lives with her husband and her parents in Dornod province, Mongolia. They live in a house on a small plot of land that they have owned since 2002. Her husband works as an assistant for a supermarket and earns 108,000 MNT monthly.

Orgil began her own business by selling foodstuffs in 1999. She rents a stall at a local food market and her current working capital exceeds 1,600,000 MNT. She wants to expand her business and increase her revenue. She is planning to operate an additional stall that sells consumer goods. She is requesting a loan of 2,500,000 MNT to purchase foodstuffs and consumer goods from Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia.
