A loan of $900 helped to buy a smaller awning.

Rosalia's story

Rosalía, 63 years of age, is a very docile and hard-working woman. She is separated, and lives in a house she owns, with her 4 children who are now grown and independent. For many years, she dedicated herself to selling anticuchos near the bus stops. However, since many cars pass by her house, she can sell from there more comfortably. She has been in business for 13 years, and things have gone well.

Starting at 3 in the afternoon, she seasons her anticuchos, the key to the resulting delicious dish. She sells from 6 in the afternoon until 1 in the morning, a time span when her stall is well frequented. With your previous help, she bought her tables and chairs, where her customers now repose while enjoying her delicious food. She is very happy with her business’ reception, which she does not supply on her own, as she has the support of her daughter.

In gratitude, she has suggested starting a second business. Only now they must face the municipality’s restrictions, due to the ample awning on the door of her house. In light of this, she must change it for another, smaller one. Concurrently, she is thinking about improving her space in order to tend to more customers.

This is her second credit with MFP, and she commits to paying it back with the same commitment as before. She does not want to lose the assistance you provide, which is a great help to her. She will use the loan she is requesting to change her current awning for a newer one that is smaller.
