The group is part of the Banc Villageois of KIR DIOM. Ms. MADA G. (standing at the far right in the photo) is the group's leader. She is 48 years old, married, and the mother of six children. She has a small-scale business involving tea and sugar. She also processes and sells peanut oil. She has been in this business for about ten years.
