A loan of $375 helped to buy products to stock her store.

Nancy's story

Nancy is 52 years old and lives with the youngest of her 5 children and her husband in her own home. Ten years ago, Nancy decided to set up a grocery store in her home, taking advantage of the strategic location of her home which is in a very busy area. Since then, she has worked in her store every day, with the help of her mother and her son. Nancy is always attentive and keeps an eye on what merchandise she needs so that she can place orders with her suppliers. Inside her store, Nancy also has a 'locutorio' (public telephone service) which attracts more customers. This has really helped her profits. However, one of the biggest difficulties she faces is the constant increase in the price of her products. For this reason, she tries to stock up with a variety of products that are within financial reach of her customers.

This is Nancy's third loan with MFP. She had a good experience with her previous loan since it helped her to improve her business. She is very grateful for that. Nancy will invest this loan in buying merchandise for her store.
