San Juan Group's story

The San Juan Communal Bank was formed on April 15th, 2010, thanks to Crescencia M.. She talked about the way to work together in a group and about loans. She managed to get 18 women together. You can find them working very happily in their 4th cycle. They work together in a cohesive and supportive way within the program. It is a group that stands out because of its cohesive and supportive work. Crescencia sells drinks. She has this business in her house. From there she provides all of her customers with all of the drinks that are needed for different festivities. She provides drinks for birthdays, anniversaries, “asagojas” (celebrations for people for an important date like the Catholic First Communion), etc. She wants to increase her stock of products in order to better meet the needs of her customers and neighbors. That is why she is requesting a Kiva loan. The loan is to be able to carry out her project.

In this group: Rosalina, Liliana, Maria Eustaquia, Maria Beatriz, Crescencia, Tomasa, Carmen, Juliana, Amada, Miryan, Natalia, Maria Florinda, Joaquina, Amada, Emilce, Lucia, Norma, Idalina
