A loan of $650 helped to buy farm supplies.

Jorge Alberto's story

Jorge, 55, lives in Usulután Department with his wife and two children who are 24 and 28 years of age; they own their house.

Jorge has been a farmer and cattleman since he was 13 years old because his father would teach him everything related with this activity so that it would be his source of support. This teaching has helped him quite a bit because through this occupation he’s managed to support his family and meet their needs.

He is asking for a loan to buy farm supplies: manure and fertilizer. Another part of it will be used to repair his house’s roof which is deteriorated. The loan will help him meet two important needs which are his work and his home so that his family will be more secure.

His wish is to grow as a cattleman and to work hard for his family’s wellbeing increasing crop yields and income.
