A loan of $200 helped tO BUY DECORATIVE STONES TO USE IN NEEDLEWORK ON LADIES CLOTHING.

Elva's story

Elva, 34 years old, lives alongside her young children; she is separated and together they seek to make progress each day in order to get ahead.

For some 2 years, this enterprising woman has sold shoes for every season. Presently, she sells sandals, since it is summer and that is what people are using due to the excess heat. For that reason, Elva is enjoying good sales. She buys the sandals at wholesale in a variety of designs, so that when she sells them she can satisfy diverse tastes and colors.

In addition, parallel to this, Elva embroiders women's clothes and works for an intermediary who gives her the articles of clothing, then she returns them weekly embroidered. All this time, her work has made her feel independent and very determined to continue improving her business. For that reason, she wants to have a fixed post in the most active zone, so she can offer her merchandise more comfortably.

This is Elva's 4th loan through MFP and she promises to make her payments punctually; she doesn't want to alienate those who make it possible to continue her work. Elva plans to invest the solicited loan in buying stones of different types, and she wants to begin working without intermediaries in order to obtain better earnings.
