Nandintsetseg's story

Nandintsetseg, 23, is married and lives with her husband and a 3-year-old son in the Bayanhongor province of Mongolia. They live in a ger, a Mongolian nomadic housing tent, on a small plot of land that they own. Nandintsetseg's husband works as a welder and gets paid 300,000 MNT monthly.

Nandintsetseg began operating a clothing sales business in 2007 after she graduated from high school in 2006. In addition to her clothing business, she participates in every kind of social activity. Nandintsetseg rents a stall at a local market and she wants to enlarge it by expanding her business. She is a hardworking person who says, "I would like to have my own container which I can operate as a clothing store in the future." She is requesting a loan of 1,000,000 MNT to purchase more clothing in order to increase her working capital.
