A loan of $1,100 helped purchase pea seeds.

Jussely's story

Jussely is 27-years-old and a young and hard-working mother. She lives in her own house along with her husband Roger who is 29-years-old and their beloved daughter Angela who is seven-years-old and who are the reason for all of her hard work. The work Jussely does is growing corn, potatoes, peas, et cetera on the farm that she inherited from her parents. She works very hard every day for when the right moment arrives to harvest her products and sell them in the wholesale market in the city of Tarma. What she likes best about her work is the freedom she has in how she goes about her work, as she decides what is best for her plantings. She has worked in this for ten years and considers the most difficult part to be transporting her products to the market, as the majority of the time it is difficult to obtain a car that can take them. Looking forward, she hopes to put a stand in the market as she as sure that in this way she will improve her earnings. This is her ninth loan with MFP. She knows that she has to be punctual in her payments as she has been with her previous loans. In her communal bank she is a supportive member and is very committed to the growth of the group. With the 3000 nuevos soles that she is requesting she will buy pea seeds as this legume plant is selling very well at the market right now.
