A loan of $500 helped to buy clothing.

Nohemy Del Carmen's story

Nohemí, age 24, lives in Corinto, in Morazán department. She dedicates her time to selling clothes. She lives with her husband, Don Felipe D. Jesús, who works as a night watchman for a security agency. They do not have children. Nohemí's business has been in existence for a year and a half now. She generally spends 3 days a week selling, going door to door. She is out selling from 7am until 5pm. Now she is seeking a loan to buy clothing because the business requires a constant turnover of stock. The garments have to keep changing with the fashions and colours her customers want. This investment will help her to have an abundance of styles and therefore offer a wider range of products. Nohemí aspires to be able to improve her family's standard of living through the work she does each day.
