She is a knitter and a tailor who can earn some income to support her family while her husband, Mr. Sokuntha, is a construction worker and a farmer who owns a plot of land where he can grow rice to feed his family. Presently, Mrs. Ma Leap needs some money because she wants to buy a cow to raise to start a new business. So Mrs. Ma Leap would like to request a loan to add to her savings to buy a cow.
