A loan of $200 helped to purchase food products for her business.

Yuliana's story

Yuliana, age 38, lives in her own home with her husband Mario, age 34, who works as a gourmet chef. They have seven children, two adults and five minors. Together and with great eagerness, they strive to get ahead each day. For the past six years, this hardworking woman has sold food products wholesale and distributed them to the stores in her area. Yuliana says she enjoys her work because it is peaceful. Once a week, she travels to the wholesale market in the city so that she can restock her inventory of food products. She is glad that she started this business even though she was a bit hesitant at first. Yuliana was previously employed as a factory worker and earned a fixed salary. Upon receiving her severance pay, she started her business and now has no regrets because it has enabled her to generate a good income. This loan will be invested in the purchase of a large quantity of merchandise since she has several orders to fulfill. She wants to make her purchases all at once because the city where the wholesale market is located is a long distance away. Being an enterprising woman, Yuliana has plans in the future to establish an Internet café in a space in her house since there is no competition in her area.

This is her first loan with MFP. Yuliana promises to complete her payments on time because she does not want to look back in the eyes of those who made this loan possible so that she could continue working and making progress. She plans to invest the loan she requested in the purchase of various food products so that she can improve her earnings. This income would allow her to start a new Internet business without having to quit selling food products.
