A loan of $1,200 helped rice, sugar, supplies.

Maria Auxiliadora's story

María A. started selling fruits 10 years ago and then expanded her store little by little. Her main motivation for doing this was her need for a stable income. She currently sells rice, sugar, oil, etc. in her store.

She works with her two children every day from 6am to 10pm. One of the problems is dengue fever, a seasonal disease, in the neighborhood. With the loan, she will buy rice, sugar, and supplies. Some of her goals are to expand her business, fix her house, and for her children to get ahead in life.
