Un S. is 27 years old. She resides with her family in Takeo province, Cambodia, in an area known for pre-Angkorean temples. S. is employed at a factory, earning an income of USD 3 per day. Her husband is a driver, earning an income of USD 3 per day. Each month, the family must spend USD 66 on food and USD 50 on the other necessary expenses.
S. is requesting a loan of USD 1200 to purchase a motorbike for her family's use. In the future, she would like to use her income to repair her house. This will be her second loan from CREDIT, a long standing Kiva partner.
