Mr. Sor L. S., 29, is married with one little child and lives with his wife and his mother Kampong Cham province, Cambodia. To support his household, he and his wife work on their piece of farmland growing rice crops, earning collectively around $3.5/day. Mr. Sor L. S. would like to generate another source of his family’s income by working as a motor-taxi driver while he is free from his farm.
