Maira Marisa's story

Mayra, 50, lives in Concepción Batres, Usulután department with her two children who are 18 and 20 years of age and with her husband. She sell pupusas (stuffed corn dough dumpling-like fast food) that she learned to make from a sister for whom she works. She does not have a fixed schedule to sell the pupusas and for the moment needs capital to buy supplies and beverages.

She is asking for a loan that will help her get the materials she needs to make pupusas like: fried pork rind, cheese, corn, oil and also beverages. The investment will strengthen the business and she’ll have what’s necessary to increase production. Her goal is to have a large, profitable business to help her family and have economic solvency.
