A loan of $725 helped purchase fertilizers for his passion fruit crop.

Elio's story

Elio is 35 years old, married, and lives with his wife and children in the village of La Estancia in the District of Olmos. This farming district experiences significant commercial activity and is known as the “the lemon capital”. The community is more than an hour and a half away from the city of Chiclayo, the capital of Lambayeque region.

Elio has worked in farm-related activities for more than three years. He grows passion fruit and lemons on a small plot of land that he owns. Throughout this time, he has learned a great deal about managing his crops. The revenue he generates from his farming activities is used to cover his family’s daily needs.

Elio wants to acquire fertilizers so that he can maintain his passion fruit crop. By taking this action, he hopes to achieve a good harvest. For this reason, he has found it necessary to request a loan of 2000 PEN from Edpyme Alternativa.

Elio is a peaceful and responsible individual. His greatest wish is to grow as an entrepreneur and move forward.
