Wilson is a 34-year-old single man. He makes plates, cooking pans and cooking pots using scrap metals. He has been in this business for six years, and was previously employed as a driver. He says that he has been able to keep his customers because he learned good customer care through training offered by Kiva partner, Faulu Kenya. Wilson hopes that one day he will be able to open another outlet for his business. He has requested a loan of 50,000 KES to buy scrap metals.
