Heng's story

Heng S., 61, resides with her family in Kampong Chnang province, Cambodia, an area known for palm products. Bora is a farmer, earning an income of about $1.30 per day. Her husband is a retired policeman, earning an income of about $1.43 per day to help cover the family expenses. Each month, the family has to spend $77 on food and $20 on the other necessary expenses.
