Mrs. Seng N., 30, is a mother of three little children and lives with her husband in Kampong Cham province, Cambodia. She is a traditional doctor making and selling Khmer traditional medicine to the people in her area and typically makes around $2/day. Her husband is unemployed and he would like to work as a fisherman to help his household generate more additional income. Unfortunately, he faces a financial constraint. Mrs Seng hopes to take out the loan to purchase a boat, fishing net and other items for her husband’s fishery. She is confidential that her husband will make another source of income for her and her family.
