Mrs. Pnov M., 36, is a mother of four children and lives with her husband in Kampong Cham, province, Cambodia. She and her husband work producing and selling palm sugars to the people in their community, earning collectively around $4/day in revenue. Two of her children, therefore, are currently employed at a garment factory making $80/month each and the rest of whom one is student and another one is too young. Mrs. Pnov M. hope to use this loan to purchase a plot of farmland to grow rice crops and wide variety of vegetables in order to raise her standard of living.
