Carola's story

Carola is 44 years old and lives with her 3 children in her own home. She has owned a grocery store, which is located in her home, for more than 15 years. Her children support her by serving her customers while she goes to buy more products wholesale with which to stock her store. Carola's store is always open which means she never stops selling. She also provides her customers with bread and other products that they for their breakfast since the nearest bakery is quite far away. She gets up very early to acquire these products. Carola would like to continue to make progress in her business. She would like to improve her store, stocking it with more products.

This is Carola's first loan with MFP. She is very happy to know that she has financial support. She likes being a member of her community bank because the members are responsible people and very supportive of each other. Carola thanks those who will help fund her loan since it will be very useful to her in making progress in her business. She will invest the loan she is requesting in stocking her store some more. On this occasion, as the back-to-school season is approaching, she will stock her store with school supplies.
