A loan of $1,100 helped complete the final payment on a piece of land & have basic services installed.

Victoria's story

Victoria is 58 years old and a delicate noble woman. She is a widow who lives in her own home with two of her five children. Victoria also takes care of her three year old grandson Keny. Even though she receives a pension, Victoria has been raising guinea pigs for five years. She also prepares food twice a week at a popular diner located near home. In exchange for her work, she is allowed to bring home five plates of food. All of her work is done so that she can support her elderly mother, her daughter who is a single mother, and her grandson. Victoria will accept every job that is given to her because she enjoys working and it helps her to forget the sadness she has experienced since the death of her husband. She is convinced that her work is the only way to move forward. Now she is applying for this loan because she is confident that it will be of great help. Victoria plans to complete all of the documentation required to obtain another piece of land on which her daughter can build a house and sell later at a higher price.

This is her third loan with MFP. Victoria has always demonstrated her commitment with her previous loans. The Institution trusts her and is confident that she will repay this loan in the same manner as her previous ones. The loan she is requesting will be used to pay for the documentation and paperwork for another piece of land, as well as acquire the rights to have a water and drainage system installed.
