Gulisa's Group's story

Gulisa O. is the leader of this group. She is a resident of Kochkor, a small village in Isykul region. She is 50 and married to a farmer. She has three sons and two daughters. The older children are employed and the younger ones are students. In order to earn money, Gulisa takes orders and sews Kyrgyz national clothes and dressmaking supplies. Her husband is engaged in farming. He cultivates fruits and vegetables. With money received from the loan, the family wants to purchase a piece of land for farming.
