The solidarity group SOP SERIGNE MANSOUR was created on December 30, 2009. The group is made up of 24 women who are all from the same village. Their main activity is small-scale retail, and making peanut oil.

The group belongs to the Kelle N. Banc Villageois. Mrs. Bator D., standing at the far right of the photo, is the group's leader. She is 59 years old, married and the mother of 3 children. She is also responsible for the child of a close relative. Mrs. D. makes and sells peanut oil. She also sells millet, milk and sugar. Her goal is to contribute to a higher standard of living for her family and to increase the level of her savings with the Banc Villageois.
