A loan of $550 helped purchase flour, yeast, and other supplies.

Melissa's story

Melissa is 20 years old and will soon be a mother since she is pregnant. She was born in the city of Oropesa in Cusco Province, Peru. Her main business activity is making and selling “Chuta” bread. Like most of the residents, she operates her business by renting an oven by the hour in order to make her products. Melissa is taking this opportunity to request a loan to buy supplies such as flour, yeast, and many other items.

Melissa belongs to the Communal Bank “Ricchariy Puririsun” which is part of Asociación Araiwa. She is grateful for the opportunity that has been provided and promises to complete her payments on time.
