Alejandrina's story

Alejandrina is 45 years old, has three children, and lives in the city of Oropesa in Cusco Province, Peru. Her main business activity is raising and selling small animals, such as chickens and guinea pigs. She has 25 chickens and a few guinea pigs that are available for sale. Alejandrina is taking this opportunity to increase her business capital, so she is requesting a microloan to buy chickens, guinea pigs, and feed for her animals. She has been in this business for twenty years and has done very well.
