Juan's story

Juan is 65 years old and a native of the District of Quimbiri. He is a happy and prosperous man who lives in his own home with his wife Trancito, age 65. They have four children who live in their own home with their families. Juan, a well-mannered gentleman, manages a boarding house called “Hostal Vacors” in the District of Quimbiri where he provides guests the best accommodations ranging from single rooms to bridal suites. Accommodations include bathrooms, cable TV, and parking. His establishment is well-known for the services it provides. The building that houses Juan’s business has three floors and contains 28 rooms available for rent. He has managed this business for 22 years and generates good revenues so that he can pay the housekeeping staff. Juan enjoys managing his boarding house and making sure that his guests are comfortable. He plans to expand his business by building six more rooms.

This is his fourth loan with MFP. Juan is willing to complete all of his payments on time because he wants to access another loan very soon. He is a well-liked member in his Communal Bank. His loan of 3000 PEN will be used to buy construction materials such as cement, iron, and bricks.
