Victoria Lili's story

Victoria belongs to the communal bank “Esmeralda”, in the district of Tarapoto, province of San Martin, department of San Martín. She lives with her partner. She is 37 years old and is the mother of 2 children who are dependents and are studying.

Victoria has always been characterized by her fighting spirit and her desire to move forward. This is what led her to start her own business of selling kebabs outside her house. Little by little she has become well known among her customers and today she tells us that she is doing very well in this business. She makes her sales daily from 5:00 pm on. She has been working in this business many years and she is very happy with what she has made. She also offers accommodations at mid-day for her regular clients (students) Mondays through Sundays.

With this loan of S/ 3,000.00 Nuevos Soles, she will buy ingredients such as sacks of rice, eggs, native chickens for her juanes (rice with chicken), and gutted chickens for her kebabs, also cooking utensils to offer quality service to her customers and lodgers.

Viki, as she is commonly known, feels very proud of the work that she does every day and gives thanks to Movimiento Manuela Ramos for contributing to the fulfillment of her dreams and goals.
