A loan of $2,675 helped a member to buy merchandise for his business.

Los Emprendedores I Group's story

Florencio, 64, is married and has three adult children. He lives in the Enrique Villa Ochoa area, Los Olivos district. He’s been a member of the “Los Emprendedores I” (Entrepreneurs I) group, which has 8 members that elected him group President, for the last 11 months.

He started out selling groceries and school supplies in his house. Seeing that income was good he decided to rent a locale to sell food. Thanks to this he now owns his own restaurant and has economic stability; he has a second locale where he sells all kinds of shoes. Florencio’s dream is that his youngest daughter finishes her Accounting studies and becomes a professional.

He will use the requested loan to buy merchandise (sandals, shoes, slippers and clothes) so that his business will grow.

In this group: Florencio Felix, Esther Rufina, Jose Carlos*, Esperanza, Irene, Celina, Donatila
