Lucila's story

Lucila is 40 years old and lives with her two children in the district of Olmos. It is an agricultural area with considerable trade and is known as the lemon capital. It is located in the province of Lambayeque, an hour and a half from the city of Chiclayo.

She has been raising and selling cattle for 10 years. She cares for her livestock in a location close to her home. Once they are fully grown she sells them to the general public or merchants who visit the area. She also is involved in farming. Her business provides an income for her children.

Lucila wants to expand her business by buying more livestock so she can lower her prices and increase sales. She has requested a loan for 1000 PEN from Edpyme Alternativa.

She is a responsible, active mother who wants to give her children the best quality of life.
