Ngetich's story

Ngetich is a dairy farmer in the town of Litein in the Rift Valley of Kenya. He has been in the farming business for four years and employs one farmhand. He sells his milk through Kenya Cooperative Creameries. He is also employed and earns income through the sale of tea.

Ngetich has requested a loan of 50,000 KES through Juhudi Kilimo to purchase a dairy cow. He says that this loan will enable him to acquire a dairy cow that will be used as security for future loans.
