Maria Leticia
Leticia was born in the city of Ocongate, Quispicanchis Province, Cusco Department. She belongs to “Las Margarita Ocongate” (The Ocongate Daisies) communal bank. Leticia currently lives in her hometown with her husband and their three children. (Ocongate is about two hours away from the city of Cusco.)

19 years ago, Leticia opened a restaurant and named it “Kutimuy” (a Quechua word meaning "Come back"). Leticia makes breakfast, lunch and dinner for about 80 customers. The restaurant is equipped with chairs and tables and many basic items. Leticia works 7 days a week from 7 in the morning until 9 at night. Leticia needs the loan to buy more supplies such as sugar, rice, noodles and oil.

She has been a member of the communal bank for four years now, and she is doing very well thanks to the her companions' reliability and to their punctuality in making their payments.

Leticia nació en la ciudad de Ocongate provincia de Quispicanchis del departamento del Cusco y pertenece al Banco Comunal “Las Margarita Ocongate” de la Asociación Arariwa. Actualmente, Leticia vive en la ciudad donde nació junto con su esposo y sus tres hijos. (La ciudad de Ocongate se encuentra ubicada a dos horas de la ciudad del Cusco).

Hace 19 años, Leticia que abrió un restaurante y le puso de nombre “Kutimuy” (termino en quechua que significa “Regresa”). Leticia prepara desayuno, almuerzo y cena para a unos 80 clientes. El restaurante se encuentra equipado con sillas y mesas y muchas cosas básicas. Leticia trabaja los 7 días de la semana, desde las 7 de la mañana hasta las 9 de la noche. Leticia requiere el préstamo para comprar más insumos como por ejemplo azúcar, arroz, fideos y aceite.

Ya son cuatro años que participa en el banco comunal y le va muy bien gracias a la confianza de sus compañeros y a la puntualidad de los pagos que realiza.

La socia se encuentra agradecida por la oportunidad brindada mediante este medio y así mismo se compromete a cumplir con el pago correspondiente al cronograma.
