Blandine's story

With a 15-year career as a hairdresser, Blandine is a married woman and the mother of two children. After failing to earn her middle school diploma, she favored learning how to style hair, so as to be active in life. Before becoming familiar with our organization, she had already saved some money through the use of rebates and point cards. The first loan taught her a lot about managing and saving money. She continued on with promotional pricing to attract customers. Her daily revenues amounted to 10,000 francs before her first loan. And now, with her policy of discounts on the price of a haircuts, pedicures, and manicure, she has increased her revenues to 30,000 francs.

For the next loan, Blandine wants to improve her work situation. She wants to add headgear for providing oil treatments and a complete range of hair care. A very ambition woman, she plans on expanding her salon by recruiting young mothers and developing them.

Blandine's children are young and deserve special attention. She struggles to given them a good education.
